We had some helpers after the exploring was done. They both really wanted a job and to help. We moved all the copper pipe we had taken out from the basement to the yard so we can take it apart (and later sell for scrap - which will hopefully pay for all the new pex pipe based on the price of copper right now) It was fun for them and helpful.
"We like to move it, move it"
Luckily it wasn't heavy, just long.
My budding artists also spent some time drawing with chalk on the concrete pad that will someday be part of the garage.
And THIS masterpeice is the new house. I am pretty sure we won't be painting the exterior pink. But i did like the stairs and the overall rendering was pretty accurate. It is afterall, dark brown and ugly red right now. Sidewalk chalk only comes in pastels!
