It's hard a month later to finally get around to sharing with everyone about this house. Like i said, it is not pretty. It needs work. All the pipes were burst and flooring removed in 2/3 of the upstairs. It smells. The rooms were painted the UGLIEST colors possible. The outside is brown and peeling paint. The decks need to be scraped, sanded, repainted. There is no water. There is no heat. The basement is unfinished. The grass is dead. The master bath is not functional and has to be ripped out. The basement doors are rotted through and need to be replaced.
But it is HOME. It will be our home.
