Today was the day it became official. The house closed thanks to our investor. Now we have 3 months to get it all fixed up and then buy him out. That's our deal. So we got the keys. Not like it matters - it's out in the boonies. It's gutted. Nothing to steal. But we have keys, so that makes it official.
