08.28.2008 The FAIR Starts

Well actually the fair started in the afternoon of the fair parade, but, shhhh don't tell my kids. They were still setting up all the rides *wink* so we couldn't go until Thursday night. This was likely the only night in daddy's schedule that we would be able to all go together. Thursday evening, after work/daycare we all went down to the fair for some fun.
 
Bubba and Danielle get their wrist bands which give them unlimited rides - a good deal for only $16. (mommy bought them in advance)
 
Danielle plays one of the games for a prize. Pretty good when play against your brother, at least you know one of the kids is gonna get a prize. Bubba won this round and got a purple stuffed bear.
 
Here Daddy is showing Bubba what to do for round #2. Sissy wins a hot pink bear.
 

Danielle takes a spin on the Dragon. This was her favorite ride for 2 years running. We'll see if it holds up as this years favorite.
