07.21.2009 I'm a slacker blah, blah.....

Has it really been nearly a MONTH since my last post?! Oh my heavens I have to fix that! I left a comment on my big sis' blog ... a challenge if you will ... to see who could get the most up and published first. Since i notice she's got nothin' I am already ahead of the game. LOL Competitive much? Hehehe. Well here goes, and ya'll get to hear about our fabuloso vacay down to So. cal too.

Oh and the biggest news of the day...so you don't have to wait a week for the post *wink* is that E passed his drivers test today and is officially a LICENSED DRIVER! The best part is he is actually a very good driver, his mom just has nerves of noodles instead of nerves of steel. When he was all done the instructor told him he did PERFECT, no points deducted at all, great job parallel parking and everything (then they got out of the car and he was more than 18 inches from the curb-like 19 inches sadly) so that was a big bummer. But he chided with her that all the other cars were also! I was so proud when they came inside where i was waiting and she said my son was an excellent driver. Her words, not mine. Yay! So for all you moms out there...if you can wait till your kids are 18 to let them get their license they will do you proud!!
